Before the call, we look at your agency's website and the work you take on.
You tell us where delivery is stuck and ask anything about how we work.
If it's a fit, we suggest a small first project. If not, we say so.
It’s a 20-minute conversation. We ask about the work you’re taking on and where you need more capacity, and you ask us anything. You leave with a clear next step, or an honest “this isn’t a fit.” There’s no slide deck and no hard sell.
Agencies that sell websites, e-commerce, marketing or custom builds, and sometimes need more development capacity than their own team has. Most of our partners are teams of about 8 to 50 people, but if you’re smaller or larger and the work fits, book the call.
No. One real project coming up in the next couple of months makes the call more useful, because we can talk about specifics. If you only know you’ll need extra hands now and then, we can talk about that too.
No. We work under your brand, and we don’t contact your clients unless you ask us to. We’re happy to sign an NDA before you share any project details.
We suggest starting with one small, fixed-price project with a written scope, so you can judge our quality and communication before committing to more. You’ll know the price and the deliverables before we start, and there’s no lock-in afterwards.
There are three ways: a fixed price per project, hourly for smaller tasks, or a dedicated developer by the month. You always get a written quote before any work begins, and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
WordPress and Shopify builds, e-commerce, custom web applications, mobile apps, UI/UX design, QA testing, and AI and automation work. If you’re not sure whether something fits, ask on the call.
You get one project lead, a short written update every week, and a staging link you can open at any time. We agree a call schedule that suits your team, and anything urgent can be arranged in advance.
Once the project is paid for, the delivered work belongs to you. There’s no minimum commitment beyond the project itself, so after the first project you can continue, switch to a monthly developer, or stop.
